1991 - ARVO International Ltd. (A.I.) is founded.

1991-1993 - Hundreds of SMATV terminals are supplied and installed for different customers.

1993-1994 - A.I. designs and builds its own CATV network for 500 users near Bucharest.

1994 - ARVO Telecom SRL (A.T.) is founded, having as main activity the communications networking and the supply & installation of communication equipment.

1994-1996 - ARVO GROUP (A.G.), as a result of the partnership between A.I. and A.T., becomes an expert subcontractor for the low voltage electrical networks for some of the biggest construction entrepreneurs in Bucharest, such as: SITRACO GROUP, SUPERCONSTRUCT, MONOLIT, BAYINDIR LAND DEVELOPMENT, ARCOM, ELCYROM, ROEL CONSTRUCT, etc.

1996-2003 - CATV networks and headends for hotels like BUCHAREST, TRIUMF, BUCHAREST COMFORT SUITES, EUROHOTELS-KOGALNICEANU, VENETIA, in Bucharest, HOLIDAY INN RESORT in Sinaia, SPORT, in Magurele, CARAIMAN, in Mamaia, ORLANDO, in Neptun are designed and built;

1999 - A.G. starts its software development activities.                 

2000-2002 - A.G. performs the design and installations of different communications systems for important business centers in Bucharest, such as: SITRACO, SITRACO TWINS, ATLAS, MERCURY, GLOBUS, The New Societe Generale (BRD) Building, all in Bucharest.

2001 - EPOS V3.3, a real time software application currently used in every day's selling activity of the biggest mobile telephony national operator ORANGE Romania, a member of the European Consortium ORANGE, has been designed and developed.

2001 - A.G. implements its ISO 9001/2000 quality assurance system, certified by CERTROM, Romania, a menber of R.E.N.A.R.

2002 - The MKM System, a software managerial tool for monitoring and controlling the specific marketing activities of a company, is developed using the latest technologies on the market, for "American Express Bank" in Frankfurt. The MkM System helps the improvement of the company management by providing an excellent view about the status and efficiency of the marketing activity and by equally providing predictive decision-making availability to the manager, in real time.

Starting with the end of 2001, A.G. undertakes the activity of distributing in Romania equipments and services supplied by major foreign companies in the field of communication.

2002 - Distributor in Romania for Web-Sat Systems & Services, a low cost solution for the broadband, two-way by satellite Internet connectivity - Ireland.

1997-2003 - A.G. takes part in the design and construction of one of the first luxury residential parks in northern Bucharest, "BUTTERFLY" Residential Park, where the whole communication infrastructure was designed and built (CATV, Telephony, Internet), followed by some other residential areas like "NORTH STAR", "ZENITH", "ZODIAC", "ARBORE", built by Willbrook Int'l, "Green Valley" built by Maltese Cross Development or "SUN FLOWER" residential park, which is being built by General Concrete Land Development.

2002 - Exclusive representative and distributor in Romania for LOCATEL hotel industry equipments- France.

2003 - Exclusive representative and distributor in Romania for IKUSI communication equipments - Spain.

2004-2008 - During this period of time, ARVO Telecom is focusing its activity on integrating IT&C systems in the hotel industry, equipping and providing installation and maintenance services both through the rental and acquisition option, for the following hotels:

2005- ARVO Technology is founded, having as main activity field developing software applications.

2007 - ARVO Technology becomes STMicroelectronics partner (Switzerland).

2007-2008- ARVO Telecom develops partnerships with SIDSA (Spain), Teleadapt (UK), Bittel (China), Viro (Italy), Adel (China).

2009

- ARVO GROUP builds up several partnerships with GoBackTV (USA), SINThESI (Italy), iBAHN (USA), Echelon Studios (USA), Algardata (Portugal), MARC DORCEL (France), PressPlay Entertainment (Hungary), Deutsche Welle (Germany).
        - ARVO International is reorienting towards the content supply business.
        - ARVO Technology develops new versions of their software products: SmartDesk and SmartSmdr.
        - All three ARVO Group companies work with PBX Telecom on web IPTV projects designed for the residential and the hotel market.

       - Providing Bittel hotel phones to Nemira Hotel (Slanic Moldova) and Arena Hotel (Navodari)

2010
- Implementing the first interactive television system project for the medical market. The system consists of monitors, arm supports, STB and remote controls, all customized for SofMedica in two dialysis clinics in Craiova and Petrosani.
- Installation of sound system in the gym and theft alarm system for the supply room and part of the offices area of Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel.
- Installation of access control system at Genpact.
- Installing headend facility for Epoque Hotel in Bucharest

2011
- Provide headend system for Ramada Pitesti Hotel
- Signing of contracts for the supply and installation of the Internet and television systems, the headend, the TV sets and wall bracket for Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Oradea.
